Whistleblowing Policy
Club HEAL is committed to have an open and transparent culture with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
In keeping with this, our Whistleblowing Policy aims to provide a means through which employees, volunteers, donors and the general public could, in good faith and without malice, raise legitimate concerns about any serious wrongdoing/malpractices particularly in relation to fraud, controls, and ethics.
Examples of areas of concern include:
Fraudulent activities/transactions
Personal and professional misconduct
Deception to gain financial advantage personally
Unauthorised access to and/or disclosure of information
Embezzlement, misappropriation, theft, or criminal misuse of Club Heal’s monies and resources
Corruption, bribery, cheating
Aiding and abetting illegal activities
Confidentiality of Identity
Every effort will be made to protect the whistleblower’s identity, which shall remain confidential unless disclosure is necessary. In which case disclosure shall be made with consent, and to the extent necessary and only to such persons on a need-to-know basis.
Channels to Raise Concern
The individual can raise his/her concern to the Chairman, Audit Committee via email: whistleblow@clubheal.org.sg. The individual is encouraged to identify himself/herself and provide relevant contact details in case further clarification or information is required. To enable investigation, the individual should provide details such as parties involved, date and time of the incident, description of incident and evidence or any other information to substantiate the concern.

To ensure confidentiality, the email or mail should be titled “Strictly Private and Confidential – To be opened by Addressee Only”
All concerns raised will be independently reviewed by the Audit Committee. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
