Youth Mental Health Team

Club HEAL’s Youth Mental Health Team was initiated in 2022 to provide community-based mental health support for youths between the ages of 13 and 19 years old. Our team is one of the four Social Service Agencies (SSAs) in Singapore selected to be in this programme which is funded by the President’s Challenge to Supporting Youth in Community (SYiNC). The team was trained by the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) to be equipped with relevant clinical skills to competently support and assist the youths.

The main services provided by the Youth Team are:

• Psychoeducation, mental health screening and assessment

• Management of symptoms

• Psychosocial interventions such as intensive case management

• Counselling and psychotherapy

• Family intervention
