Club HEAL's 10th Anniversary Fundraising Gala Dinner 2023
It was a night to remember as Club HEAL celebrated its 10th Anniversary through a Fundraising Gala Dinner at the Orchid Country Club on 3 February 2023. We are very honoured to have President Halimah Yacob, who is also our Patron-in-Chief, as our guest-of-honour at the event.
About 600 of our friends, supporters, beneficiaries, and their families joined us in this very special occasion as we recollect the 10 years of serving the community’s mental health and wellbeing. From a humble start-up of one staff, Club HEAL has grown by leaps and bounds to a staff strength of more than 70, operating four centres island wide to bring mental health support to those in need of care and their families.
We thank everyone for sharing Club HEAL’s vision to create “A Stigma-Free Society for Healing and Recovery” and for the outpouring of support and love without which we would not be able to come this far. The evening’s theme “An Elegant Celebration of Friendship” is most apt to show our appreciation to all our guests as well as to pay our tribute to everyone for your kindness and generosity through a specially curated programme performed by our friends, staff and beneficiaries.
Through the fundraising gala dinner, we raised an amount of about $413K. The donations collected will be used to fund the renovations of our fifth centre in Eunos which is target for opening in late 2023, as well as to run our non-funded programmes. We will continue to reach out to more Singaporeans and bring our programmes and services closer to their homes.
Thank you, Madam President for gracing our event. We would also like to thank our Management Committee, donors, event sponsors, beneficiaries, and friends of Club HEAL for being part of this milestone event! This event was only possible with your great support. Thank you for being a friend of Club HEAL!
