Back-To-Work Programme

The Back to Work (BTW) programme supports our clients in reintegrating into the community and workforce by utilising their skills and earning an income. Employment Support Officers will provide guidance throughout the programme. Clients will undergo twelve weeks of theory sessions, covering workplace communication, problem-solving, and resume writing. This is followed by an in-house practicum, such as roles in customer service at our pushcart or as administrative support. Clients are guided in job searches outside Club HEAL and receive up to six months of post-employment support.
