Recovery Wellness Programme

IMG08568

Living with a mental condition such as schizophrenia can present challenges in major life activities, including learning, thinking, communicating, and sleeping, which may impact overall functioning.

People with psychiatric conditions require more than medication and hospitalisation for recovery. Building confidence through developing life and social skills is crucial for enabling individuals with mental conditions to achieve personal independence and reintegration into the community.

Psychiatric rehabilitation provides education and training to enhance physical, emotional, social, and intellectual skills, enabling individuals with psychiatric conditions to live, learn, work, and socialise in the community with minimal professional support.
